Bughouse (“Doubles”) Championship 

This year the competition will take place on Thursday, August 27, at 10:30 a.m., on Carrer Guadiana, very close to Cotxeres de Sants. It is one of the streets participating in the Festa Major de Sants. 

Participation is open to all tournament players, neighborhood residents, and enthusiasts, whether federated or not. You may register by providing the names and ELO ratings of both players at the arbiters’ table during the tournament, or up to 30 minutes before the start of the event. 

XXIII Indoor football tournament

This competition is open to all tournament players, regardless of their club affiliation, and teams may include players from any club. 

Teams may consist of a maximum of 9 players, with 5 players on the court. 

The tournament will be held at the La Bordeta Municipal Sports Center, located in Plaça de la Farga, very close to Cotxeres de Sants. 

Match days will be August 24, 26, and 28. Matches will take place between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. 

Punctuality is essential in order to finish matches within the allocated time slot. 

The deadline for registration is at the end of Round 2 of the Open. During Round 3 of the Open, pairings for the following day’s matches and the full schedule will be announced. 

Registration is free and must be completed at the tournament organization desk. 

Simultaneous Exhibition

This year the simultaneous exhibition will be held inside the main playing hall, the Auditorium of Cotxeres de Sants. 

As every year, there will be 10 boards in two sessions: at 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 29. 

If you are interested in playing, you may register at the arbiters’ table until the end of Round 8 of the day. 

Registration is free and places are limited. Open to tournament players, neighborhood residents, and enthusiasts, whether federated or not.
